Olivia Wilde Puts Timberlake Rumors To Rest

Is a relationship between Justin Timberlake and Olivia Wilde heating up? Not according to the House, M.D. star.

"Cool it, honeybadgers," Wilde, 27, Tweeted Monday, apparently referring to reports that she and Timberlake were seen snuggling at an L.A. nightclub. "We are just friends and have been for years."

The two, who costar in the upcoming sci-fi movie Now, were spotted on Saturday at The Roxbury in Hollywood, where they were apparently getting cozy in a VIP section before moving to the patio so Timberlake, 30, could listen to hip-hop.

While some source say the newly single actress and Timberlake appeared to be a on a date, another source tells PEOPLE: "They've been friends since they worked together on Alpha Dog. Nothing's going on. They're just friends."

Double rebound!

Two of Hollywood's hottest newly single stars found sexy solace with one another at L.A. hotspot Roxbury over the weekend: Justin Timberlake and Olivia Wilde.

Each clad in white t-shirts and jeans, Timberlake, 30, and Wilde, 26, were "dancing all night" at the club, one insider tells Us Magazine. (Timberlake split from girlfriend Jessica Biel last month after over three years together, while Wilde filed for divorce from hubby Tao Ruspoli after eight years of marriage March 11.)

Although the duo (who are costars in the flick Now) took pains to avoid kissing in public, "they were obviously a couple or on a date," the insider says. "They were dancing, whispering, he had his hand on her back and shoulders and they were together all night."

Another witness adds that the twosome were joined by DJ (and Lindsay Lohan ex) Samantha Ronson and others. "His arm was around her, they were talking closely, just the two of them...Justin and Olivia were there with a group, but weren't talking to anyone else." (The pair began their night in the VIP section before moving on to the patio.)

A third source adds that the twosome "definitely looked like they were on a date."

Just five days after announcing her split with beau of four years Justin Timberlake, Jessica Biel was spotted cozying up to her Playing the Field costar Gerard Butler.

Currently filming the flick in Shreveport, Louisiana, Biel, 29, and the 300 hunk, 41, were first spotted out for a crew member's birthday at a Japanese restaurant on March 15.

"When Gerry got there, he made a beeline for Jessica," an eyewitness tells Us. "He was really flirting with her."

Two nights later, the duo was seen throwing back margaritas at a Mexican restaurant. And that's not all, Biel and Butler shared two more dinners later that week!

Still a source close to the actress says, "She only wants to be friends."
